    • Reengineering of Web based User Interface Implemented using Adobe Flex to Angular Framework required partner assistance with application development and staffing
    • Lack of internal resources with knowledge of Angular UI Framework
    • Adobe Flex framework was discontinued, and the industry demanded a more flexible UI framework that can scale to the increase in demand

    • User Interface was engineering with very minimal changes to the existing backend API system.
    • Agile process was followed to deliver the project with robust iterative development
    • Mentored and coached internal development team on Angular Framework

    • The new user interface was well received by the customer and was unanimously adopted by customer’s stakeholders. The user interface gave a consistent view across all the dealers, where widespread inconsistency previously existed.
